The Philadelphia Phoenix want YOU on the 2026 Hotbird roster! Our open combine tryout features a 40-yard dash and vertical leap competition. Top three winners receive prizes and the top 10 get a social media shout out! Next up is a skills assessment followed by, yes, 2 hours of ultimate frisbee where you will play against the best of the best from across the country. All participants will receive results and feedback from Phoenix coaches and scouts. Registration includes all tryout-related events, a Phoenix frisbee, and 1 free month of watchUFA.tv.*

- Must be 18 years of age on or by January 10, 2026
- All participants must submit waiver & Medical Clearance Form
- Non-refundable registration
- General Registration: $85
- Under 21 Rate (must be under 21 by 1/11/26 and show ID): $40

MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM - REQUIRED
General Medical Clearance Form, completed and signed by participant’s primary care physician or other qualified provider (PA or NP). This form can be emailed to your doctor’s office, though they may ask to complete the form in person if you haven’t had a physical examination in the past year.
